1. Approval of previous AGM minutes
2. Approval of agenda
3. Treasurer’s Report and Financial Forecast
4. Membership Report, including possible next steps such as:
   • exploring rent-free locations
   • community patronage opportunities
   • other revitalization ideas
5. Open discussion on membership, community needs, board positions, and current board strategies
6. Potential election of the Board of Directors
